An Invitation

You are invited to  join a tribe of women world-wide who endeavor to integrate self-awareness, self-care, self-healing, and self-responsibility into their lives by incorporating a variety of body-mind-spirit practices including: mind-body practices, biologically-based therapies, body based methods, energy therapies, good nutrition and exercise, lifelong learning, and self-assessment.

In selecting approaches to self-care, we honor the unique development of our own psychological-social-cultural self, intellectual self, spiritual self and body. Through continuing education, practice and self-work, we develop the skills of authentic and deep self-reflection and introspection needed to understand ourselves and our journey. We recognize that this is a lifelong process.

We strive to achieve harmony/balance in our lives. We learn about healing from the inside and can identify our limitations and our strengths. 

When we experience the self-care process we develop self-love and compassion for ourselves, create healthy environments, learn how to let go of self-destructive behaviors and attitudes, and practice centering and stress-reduction techniques. 

We understand that in order to be available for others, we must undertake the process to become healed and whole first. By doing so, we affirm ourselves as role models to those we interact with and serve (family, friends, workmates, clients, etc.).

She is known for practicing what she teaches. The world of body/mind/spirit practice revitalized her life after 20 years working within a stressful American corporate executive lifestyle. She utilizes similar methods and approaches with her clients that helped her heal and transform her own life. It is her intention to share these powerful tools and be a compassionate guide for her clients so that they may experience a healthier, happier and more peaceful way of life. ​
